Top 10 Fishing Tips & Tricks for Beginners
I have top ten tips for you and to make it interesting. I’m going to go down from ten to one of the top fishing tips for the beginners or experts. So, let’s go ahead and get started with number ten.
10. Google Maps

Tip number 10 is using google map or google earth to find a great fishing spot. So, when I started out fishing, I had a really hard time finding good areas to fish. But then, when I started using google maps, I found a ton of ponds, creeks, lakes and even lot of great spots along the river with fish and some of my best fishing spots today were found on google maps or google earth. If you’re looking for a fishing spot go ahead and get on google maps or google earth and scout out some.
9. Avoid Hooking to Eyelids on Rod

Tip number 9 is a mistake that a lot of people make especially beginner fisherman and that’s when they take their lure. When they’re done fishing and they hook into the actual island itself of a pole the reason. You don’t want to do this, because it creates little abrasions in the eyelid. So then when have this test, the fish is taking your line out and you have pressure this line hits those abrasions caused by those lures and it’ll cut. So you don’t put your lure right there what you want to go ahead and put your lure and either the support for the eyelid and better. Usually, they have a little hook catch on a lot of these poles that are built in on the rod itself and just hook it to that.
8.Open Faced Reels Last Longer and Cast Further

Tip number 8 is and that is to invest in open-faced reels as opposed to close spaces reels. A lot of beginners like the closed face reels, because they’re little cheaper and easier to use. However, they don’t last long as long as and they don’t cast as far. So one nice thing about these open face reels are when you get water on, they dry out reel quickly or those closed face drills. The water sticks in there with like everything else really wears down on the reel and it doesn’t last out. So if you can go ahead and buy the open-faced results.
7. Don’t overspend

Now for the tip number 7 and that’s that you don’t have to spend over money to get great fishing gear. I have a few great examples where I got great fishing gear really cheap, here you visit the site to know more and save your cost.
6. Use Safety Pins for Organization

Tip number 6 is using clothespins to keep track of your miscellaneous hooks and swivels. A lot of times we’ll have like a few boats just floating around the tackle box and I saw this a year ago, where you just take a simple clothespin. Go ahead and open it up and you can just thread on all the boats. All this wibbles real easily and keeps track of them so much better. So this really helps organize the tackle box. Maybe you’ll try with this tip out
5. Don’t String a Fish Through The Gills

Starting with tip number 5, I have what to do and what not to do with string. A lot of mistake people make is stringing a fish through the gills. The problem with that is they just don’t live as long, so your fish isn’t going to be as fresh. What you really want to do is even if it’s a rope stringer, you want to go through the bottom of the mouth and string that way. So you never go through the gills because although you’re making a puncture wound in the bottom of the mouth, a little lot longer than if you go through the gills. Because they can’t get oxygen. I really like these or change trainers, because you can hook them so easily through the bottom of the mouth. The only problem with this is these chain stringers I would not use if the fish is over 3 or 4 pounds. I’ve found it’s pretty easy for the fish to bend these things out. I really like the rope stringers but always go through the bottom of the mouth and never the gills moving.
4. Timing is Everything

Tip number 4 and that’s the fish at the right time of the day. All too often people are fishing for the fish pieces of the wrong time of the day. They’re not having any luck and then the next guy. They’re hearing like this great fishing report on the lake and a lot of the times. It’s because they’re going on at the wrong time. So I find usually in the Midwest dawn and dusk works best for me.
3. You Can Never Have too Many Baits

So now I’m going to talk about the baits and so when you go fishing always bring as many baits as possible. A lot of problem of that people have is fish with 1 bait and they fish it all day. You want to have like 6, 7, 8 different baits you want to be using are officials. If I’m catfishing, I probably have 8 difference bass with me
2. Pick up Some Nail Clippers

Get a pack of nail clippers. These are extremely useful to put in your tackle box when cutting line. A lot of time I have scissors in there but scissors are easy to lose or bulky, they’re little more dangerous. If you get like five or six nail clippers and just spread them all throughout your tackle box, keep them in your pocket. You’ll always have something to cut the line.
1. Downsize Bait and Hook size If Bait Stolen

When a fish is stripping the bait from your hook. You got to downsize either a debate or the hook. Often I see beginners going out there and they’re fishing for bluegill or probably your catfish and their bait. Just keeps getting stripped and then frustrated. They don’t know why they keep putting on more and more bait and a lot of time people also think, I’ii string on a huge night crawler for this little bluegill and I’ii be sure to catch them a lot of quicker. But the problem is fish. It’s too easy for them to strip. So if you’re getting the bait stripped from your hook, you need to downsize the hook size and keep doing that and I guarantee you’ii starts catching what’s ever taking your bait.
